Move SharePoint to Google Drive —
without the chaos

To Google Shared Drive

TenantBridge maps each SharePoint document library to a Google Shared Drive and transfers files directly — no cloud relay, no third-party intermediary. Jobs keep going through restarts and pick up exactly where they left off.

Four steps to a complete SharePoint migration

A clear, repeatable path from discovery through live job monitoring — no surprises mid-migration.

Discover SharePoint Sites

Run Discovery to pull the full list of SharePoint document libraries and sites from the source tenant through the Microsoft Graph API. Everything is saved as a snapshot — you're mapping against real data, not a spreadsheet guess.

Map Sites to Shared Drives

For each SharePoint site, choose the destination Google Shared Drive — create a new one or map to an existing drive. Set domain pair rules so user email addresses align correctly between the source and destination tenants.

Configure Transfer Options

Choose whether to copy or sync, set concurrency limits, enable permissions discovery and apply, and configure any other per-job options. Nothing runs until you switch to Migrate and start — configuration and execution are always separate.

Copy or sync Permissions apply Concurrency tuning

Run Jobs and Monitor Progress

Switch to Migrate and start all SharePoint jobs at once or individually. Watch live file counts, transfer rates, and the current file name update in real time. If anything interrupts the run, job state is already saved and resumes cleanly on next open.

Built for SharePoint to Google Drive migrations

Every capability you need to move document libraries reliably — folder structure, permissions, live progress, and restart-safe state.

Site-to-Shared Drive Mapping

Map each SharePoint document library or site to a destination Google Shared Drive. Create a new drive on the fly or point to an existing one — mappings are saved and editable before any job runs.

Folder Structure Preservation

TenantBridge recreates the exact folder hierarchy from SharePoint inside the destination Shared Drive. Sub-folders, nested libraries, and file placement are all mirrored without any manual reorganization after transfer.

Permissions Discovery and Apply

Run a permissions scan against your SharePoint sites before migrating. TenantBridge reads the existing ACLs and can apply equivalent permissions to the destination Shared Drive as part of the same job.

Live File Transfer Progress

Watch file counts, transfer rates, and the current file name update in real time from the Migrate table. A built-in metrics endpoint is also available if you need to monitor jobs from an external system.

Restart-Safe Job State

Every file transfer is recorded as it completes. If the app closes or your machine restarts mid-job, TenantBridge picks up automatically on the next launch — no files are re-sent unnecessarily and no progress is lost.

No Cloud Relay — Files Move Direct

Files transfer directly from SharePoint to Google Drive through the respective APIs. TenantBridge never proxies your data through an intermediate cloud service — the path is always Microsoft → Google.

SharePoint migration questions

Does TenantBridge preserve folder structure when migrating from SharePoint?
Yes. TenantBridge replicates the full folder hierarchy from each SharePoint document library into the destination Google Shared Drive. Sub-folders are created in the same structure as they exist in SharePoint — no manual reorganization needed after the transfer.
Can I migrate multiple SharePoint sites at once?
Yes. You can map multiple SharePoint sites to their destination Shared Drives in a single batch and run all jobs simultaneously from the Migrate view. SharePoint jobs default to 10 concurrent workers — that limit is configurable if you need to tune throughput.
What happens to file permissions during the migration?
TenantBridge includes a permissions discovery step that reads ACLs from SharePoint before transfer. You can configure the job to apply equivalent permissions to the destination Shared Drive, so users arrive with the right access on day one.
Do I need to install anything on the SharePoint server?
No. TenantBridge connects to SharePoint through the Microsoft Graph API using credentials you configure in the connector setup. There is nothing to install on the SharePoint server or any SharePoint Online farm.
What if the migration is interrupted mid-transfer?
Job state is saved continuously as the transfer runs. If TenantBridge closes unexpectedly or the machine restarts, simply reopen the app and the job resumes from where it stopped — no files are re-transferred unnecessarily, and no progress is lost.
